High-grade HDE series heating gear pump

The high-end HDE series heated gear pumps utilize a precision-cast housing for heat transfer. This series of pumps uses steam, hot water, or thermal oil to heat and insulate the pump body, making it ideal for conveying materials that are easily transported at high temperatures, such as paraffin wax and asphalt. The pump employs a classic D-shaped sleeve structure, and the heat transfer interfaces on both the upper and lower sides effectively prevent steam condensation and sedimentation.

When conveying heated fluids, they utilize steam, hot water, or thermal oil to heat and insulate the pump body, making it ideal for conveying materials that are more easily transported at high temperatures. For materials like paraffin and asphalt, the pump utilizes a classic D-shaped sleeve structure, with liquid inlets and outlets on the left and right sides and heat transfer inlets and outlets on the top and bottom sides. The heat transfer interfaces on the top and bottom prevent steam condensation and precipitation.
