Product introduction

Flow calibration columns are widely used for flow calibration of metering pumps and dosing equipment, accurately calibrating the output flow of metering pumps. Flow calibration columns, also known as flow calibration tubes, are primarily made of transparent UPVC and translucent PVDF. Connection options include internal threads, external threads, and flanges.

Selection method

The selection of a flow calibration column depends on the pump’s flow rate and calibration time requirements.

For example, if the pump’s flow rate is 60 L/h and the customer requires a 0.5-1 minute calibration, the flow rate per minute should be calculated as 60 L/min ÷ 60 = 1 L. Therefore, a 1 L calibration column can be used. Pressing for 30 seconds will achieve a flow rate of 0.5 L.
